Todd helps families and professionals build personalized financial plans to pursue important life goals, such as being able to live comfortably in retirement, buy real estate or put their children through college. He also specializes in helping high-net-worth clients with tax-sensitive strategies customized to their situations while preparing to efficiently transfer wealth to their loved ones and favorite charities.

“I believe in a human-centered approach to investing that focuses on my clients, their distinct needs and requirements, and understanding how people interact with various financial and tax systems so I am able to better guide them in understanding and navigating complex situations,” Todd says.

He helps them navigate complex financial and tax planning matters, and is adept at recognizing and addressing any challenges or pain points they may have.

As an Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM, Todd has completed a course of study encompassing investments, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning issues. As a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, Todd creates a road map to retirement for his clients and helps them plan and prepare for the goals that are important to them.

Todd joined Raymond James in March 2022. “Raymond James enables me to truly help and serve my clients across all aspects of managing and preserving wealth, as well as navigating Social Security and Medicare options,” says Todd.

Previously in his career, Todd was a financial advisor at Edward Jones. He also served as a first sergeant in the United States Air Force, retiring after 20 years in 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

Todd grew up in Tigard, Oregon, southwest of Portland. Today, he lives in Ashland with his wife, Kristin, and they have three children, Matthew, Gavin and Kalvin. In his free time, Todd enjoys traveling, cooking, physical fitness, hiking, skiing and spending time with his family. He was proud to have served as head marshal of the Ashland Fourth of July parade.
