Mary-Kate Pierce is one of the newest additions to Raymond James, joining us January of 2024.

Previous to joining the Raymond James team, Mary-Kate worked as an operations manager at a publicly traded hospitality corporation. She assisted in the opening of several new locations in Utah, New Mexico and recently Queen Creek, Arizona. She has a reputation for providing a one-of-a-kind, unique experience to all of her clients.

Mary-Kate strives to build meaningful relationships, enhancing both work and personal connections.

Originally from Chicago, Mary-Kate moved to Arizona in 2015 to attend the University of Arizona. She enjoys a wide variety of activities including hiking, snowboarding, and scuba diving.
